Biomechanical study of the footprint and personalized insoles

The foot is the base of the body, and the presence of any alteration in gait can influence the appearance of pain in the feet, knees, hips and even the back.

Furthermore, not always when we have pain in the foot there has to be a callus, sometimes there are pains that begin intermittently and end up being continuous when walking, which is why we carry out studies of the footprint. It consists of an analysis of the behavior of the foot by carrying out different tests and tests through which we can diagnose different pathologies.

Biomechanical studies are not only for athletes, but for anyone with pain that is related to how we step. If necessary, after carrying out the footprint study we will make personalized custom insoles to treat pathologies and/or prevent future injuries.

At Violeta Parejo Podiatry, we bet and trust in technological advances and when carrying out biomechanical studies we use pressure and baropodometric platforms to obtain more precise data. Regarding the insoles, we work with 3D insole design companies for a proper fit to the foot and better accommodation from the first moment.
